Head of National Funds

Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for expanding the company's capital channels and formulating channel development strategies;

2. According to the business plan, rationally arrange different channels and types of financial cooperation. While ensuring financial security, effectively improve the utilization rate of funds and control the cost of funds.

3. Develop cooperation plans based on channel requirements, organize business negotiations and due diligence, complete the signing of channel negotiation cooperation agreements and the establishment of cooperative relationships, and be responsible for the internal and external coordination and project implementation of the expanded projects.

4. Build a local funding team;

5. By integrating the external macro environment and regulatory policies, continuously monitor the dynamics of the financial market and the situation of competing products, and form value output in aspects such as channel expansion, product innovation and optimization;

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in fund development in relevant institutions;

2. Have working experience in financing in the financial industry and possess rich resources in industries such as banks, small loans, consumer finance, trusts, and fintech;

3. Possess excellent business communication skills and project coordination abilities, capable of accurately grasping the demands of all parties and coordinating the implementation of complex projects.
