Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Lead market research initiatives to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales and operations.
Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize return on investment.
Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, and online advertising.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure effectiveness.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Marketing should have:

A strategic, brand building background within FMCG and/or retail.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies for market leading brands & new brand launches.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving business objectives.
Grit, resilience & agility.
Entrepreneurial, growth mindset
