About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven marketing leader to shape and accelerate our growth across ASEAN. As Head of Marketing & Herbicide Lead, you will drive regional marketing excellence while leading the performance and expansion of our herbicides portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own portfolio strategy, lead innovation launches, and strengthen our competitive position across diverse ASEAN markets.

ASEAN Marketing Leadership

. Define and execute regional marketing strategy aligned to business goals

. Drive integrated campaigns to grow brand leadership and market share

. Ensure strong, consistent brand positioning across ASEAN

. Build scalable frameworks for product launches and demand generation

. Partner with global teams to localize strategies for regional success

. Manage budgets, agencies, and performance to maximize ROI

Herbicides Portfolio Leadership

. Own portfolio strategy including pricing, positioning, segmentation, and lifecycle management

. Lead commercialization and launch of new innovations

. Deliver revenue, profitability, and market share growth

. Identify expansion opportunities across crops, segments, and markets

. Develop data-driven go-to-market strategies tailored to local needs

. Partner with country teams to drive execution excellence

Strategic Launch Excellence

. Establish best-in-class launch capabilities across ASEAN

. Translate technical product strengths into compelling market value

. Drive demand through field programs, channel engagement, and digital activation

. Monitor competitive, regulatory, and market developments

Cross-Functional Leadership

. Act as a bridge across commercial, technical, regulatory, and supply teams

. Influence stakeholders across global, regional, and country organizations

. Coach and elevate marketing capabilities across ASEAN teams

. Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing

What You Bring

. Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)

. 15+ years experience inagrochemicals, crop protection or agriculture

. Strong expertise in herbicides and portfolio marketing

. Proven success in product launches and commercialization

. Regional experience, preferably within ASEAN

. Leadership experience in marketing or commercial roles
