Head of Marketing & Retention

An international iGaming company is looking for a highly experiencedHead of Marketing & Retentionto lead and scale retention-focused marketing strategies across Asian markets.
This role is for a data-driven leader who can create and optimize player retention systems, build strong CRM/marketing processes from the ground up, and deliver measurable impact on engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experiencein Marketing, CRM, Lifecycle, or Retention (preferably in iGaming/Betting).
- Proven track record leading retention teams (36 specialists).
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills: segmentation, player behavior insights, funnel optimization, A/B testing.
- Hands-on experience withCRM platforms, MMPs, ESPs(e.g., Braze, Optimove, Customer.io).
- Experience creating lifecycle journeys, churn prevention flows, and player LTV strategies.
- Fluent English (B2+).
- Deep understanding ofAsian player marketsis a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and retention strategies across all player segments.
- Lead and mentor the retention and CRM team: KPI planning, performance management, and process optimization.
- Analyze player behavior and create personalized communication journeys to improve engagement and loyalty.
- Optimize lifecycle campaigns, test hypotheses, and improve conversion, reactivation, and retention KPIs.
- Oversee CRM operations, automation flows, bonus strategy, and communication calendar.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, VIP, data, and analytics teams to align retention goals with business targets.
- Report on performance, insights, and strategy recommendations to senior leadership.
