About the Role
In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of lifestyle products—spanning gaming, entertainment streaming, music, content partnerships, and loyalty ecosystems. You will lead a team of Product Managers and Partnership Leads focused on acquiring, launching, and managing digital services that drive data consumption, increase ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), and boost subscriber retention. This is a high-profile leadership role requiring a blend of tech-savviness, negotiation grit, and deep consumer empathy.
You'll shape how our digital lifestyle ecosystem evolves—ensuring we partner with the biggest global brands (e.g., Netflix, Spotify, Xbox, Riot Games) to deliver exclusive, high-value experiences to millions of subscribers.
What You'll Do
- Define Digital Lifestyle Strategy: Shape and execute the portfolio roadmap for lifestyle services, aligning with telco data monetization goals and emerging digital trends.
- Drive Big-Ticket Partnerships: Scout, negotiate, and manage high-impact commercial deals with global content creators, OTT streaming giants, gaming publishers, and lifestyle brands.
- Own the Lifestyle P&L: Manage the portfolio's financial performance, balancing partnership payout structures (revenue shares, minimum guarantees) against robust margins and user growth.
- Maximize Engagement & Retention: Lead a team of Product Managers to design seamless in-app user journeys, bundle mechanics (data + content packages), and gamified loyalty loops.
- Orchestrate Cross-Functional Launches: Align with Network, IT, and Billing teams to ensure flawless API integration, zero-rating setup, and frictionless carrier billing (DCB).
- Collaborate on Go-To-Market (GTM): Partner with Brand Marketing and Segment Teams to launch targeted campaigns that resonate with specific demographics (e.g., Gen Z gamers vs. family streamers).
- Track Digital Metrics: Monitor active users (MAU/DAU), churn reduction, subscription attachment rates, and data traffic spikes to optimize the portfolio.

What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in digital product management, content partnerships, or business development within telco, big tech, OTT, or gaming industries. At least 3+ years in a leadership/head-of role.
- Proven track record of launching successful consumer digital services, subscription apps, or content-bundled telco products.
- Deep domain expertise in a specific lifestyle vertical (e.g., Esports/Gaming publisher ecosystems, OTT/SVOD video streaming, or digital loyalty/fintech rewards).
- Strong financial and telco literacy: Expert understanding of ARPU, churn metrics, revenue-share models, and Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) infrastructure.
- Exceptional stakeholder management: Proven ability to influence internal network engineers, legal teams, and external C-level tech executives alike.
