We are seeking a strategic
Head of Learning & Development (SAVP) to lead enterprise learning initiatives for a diversified Philippine conglomerate. Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, this role will manage two managers within the HR Center of Excellence and drive learning strategies that strengthen organizational capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise L&D roadmap.
- Lead training needs analysis, career development, and succession support.
- Design and implement leadership and technical learning programs.
- Manage training budgets, vendors, and learning technologies.
- Monitor training effectiveness through analytics and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Extensive leadership experience in Learning & Development.
- Strong expertise in training strategy, talent development, and capability building
- Proven track record in driving enterprise-wide learning initiatives aligned with business goals.
