You own the technical and strategic architecture of how 1,500+ internal team members evolve their skills to meet global standards. You are not a trainer or a facilitator; you are the lead architect responsible for building The Academyensuring every learning initiative is rooted in rigor, measured by business impact (ROI), and aligned with an AI-enabled future.

This is an internal leadership role that exists to stabilize and scale the learning plumbing of GoTeam. You lead from the ground, mentoring a dedicated L&D team and collaborating with executive leadership to convert professional mastery into a competitive advantage. Best suited for professionals who prefer hands-on ownership, data-driven rigor, and responsibility that directly impacts organizational scale and future-readiness.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have:

• Senior L&D experience leading strategy, programs, or learning teams
• Proven track record in designing and executing measurable learning programs
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, assessment, and performance metrics
• Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team while collaborating with executive stakeholders
• Comfortable working fully onsite in Cebu City during day shift (7 AM4 PM, MondayFriday)
• Experience leveraging AI tools or technology in learning design or delivery
• Data-driven mindset to track program impact and refine learning strategies

• Certified Learning Professional or similar advanced L&D accreditation.
• Early adopter status with AI-enabled tools for curriculum design and process automation.
• Experience transitioning a traditional workforce into an AI-integrated operations model.

Responsibility Pillars

Learning Architecture & Strategy You own the blueprints for professional mastery, ensuring the internal curriculum is scalable and performance-focused.

• Design and execute a company-wide L&D strategy aligned with internal scaling goals.
• Architect simulation-based learning pathways that reduce time-to-proficiency for new roles.
• Audit existing training modules to ensure integration of AI tools and modern workflows.

L&D Team Leadership

You transform the learning department into a high-performance unit through clear standards and accountability.

• Mentor and manage the L&D team to ensure consistent program delivery and instructional quality.
• Enforce disciplined design, testing, and iteration cycles for all new learning programs.
• Standardize the learning plumbingSOPs, tools, and platformsto eliminate operational noise.

Impact Analytics & Governance

You act as the guardian of learning quality, ensuring every hour spent training translates into measurable business growth.

• Implement data-driven assessment metrics to track the effectiveness of all initiatives.
• Generate high-level reports for executive leadership on learning outcomes and ROI.
• Intervene proactively in underperforming programs to refine content based on real-world impact.
