Job Description

This full-time, on-site role in Pasig involves serving as the Head of Internal Audit at Starpay Corporation. The Head of Internal Audit will oversee and manage all audit functions, ensuring effective governance, risk control, and internal controls within the organization. Key responsibilities include conducting financial and operational audits, evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management procedures, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. Additionally, the role requires preparing comprehensive reports for senior management and recommending actionable improvements to processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Finance, Accounting, and Financial Risk Management.
• Proficiency in implementing and evaluating Internal Controls.
• Analytical Skills to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks effectively.
• Experience leading internal audit strategies and teams, with a focus on compliance and governance.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
