Our
Enterprise Data Office team is looking for
experienced professionals to join us in
Taguig with the role of
Head of Insight Delivery & Enterprise Analytics.
In this role you will lead the Business Intelligence & Analytics Center of Excellence, reporting directly to the Chief Data and Analytics Officer, to deliver enterprise-wide insights through dashboards, reports, and data products that drive business value and informed decision-making. You will design, develop, and continuously improve reusable analytics assets, modernize data pipelines, and operationalize Business Intelligence (BI) tools as a strategic leader, hands-on technologist, and business enabler across multiple units and domains.

What The Role Will Entail
- Provide strategic leadership by defining and driving the BI & Analytics roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Oversee BI & data product delivery including dashboards, reports, and data products that enable actionable insights.
- Own and optimize platforms & tools such as Power BI, dbt, and Databricks to modernize analytics capabilities.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure timely, high-value insight delivery.
- Build capabilities & governance by establishing standards, best practices, and mentoring BI and analytics professionals.
- Contribute to enterprise initiatives including data governance programs, data literacy efforts, and cross-functional analytics groups.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in either IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields; postgraduate degree preferred.
- Business Intelligence and Data Engineering certifications (e.g., dbt Labs, Power BI, Databricks, Azure Data Engineer) are an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years in data analytics/BI, with at least 5 years managing BI teams and projects; banking/financial services background strongly valued.
- Expertise in analytics engineering (dbt), visualization (Power BI), big data platforms (Databricks), SQL, data modeling, pipelines, Agile delivery, and BI governance.
- Advanced communication, collaboration, customer focus, critical thinking, responsibility, and results orientation; expert strategic thinking with strong problem-solving, innovation, and team leadership skills.
