Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-oriented Manufacturing Systems & Analytics Head / ICT Head to lead the organization's analytics and manufacturing technology initiatives across global operations. This leadership role is responsible for driving digital transformation, enabling data-driven decision-making, optimizing manufacturing systems, and ensuring the delivery of reliable traceability and business-critical services that support organizational objectives worldwide.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted ICT partner to business leaders, championing innovation, operational excellence, and the adoption of advanced technologies that enhance productivity, efficiency, and business performance across manufacturing sites.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of five (5) years of leadership or managerial experience in manufacturing technology, analytics, digital transformation, or ICT-related functions.
Demonstrated experience working within discrete manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing business processes and supporting technologies.
Advanced understanding of ERP, MES, CRM, and other manufacturing-related enterprise systems.
Solid knowledge of Data Analytics, Industry 4.0 technologies, ITIL, Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), DevOps, and Project Management methodologies.
Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives and leveraging analytics to drive business outcomes.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities.
