Lead and manage the overall IT Department, including IT personnel, daily operations, and projects.
Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, networks, servers, systems, cybersecurity, and technical support.
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of automation initiatives and digital solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
Oversee programming, software development, systems integration, and application development projects.
Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, standards, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
Manage IT projects, budgets, resources, vendors, and technology-related requirements.
Ensure the security, reliability, and continuous improvement of all company IT systems and services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields.
At least 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably with experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong background in IT infrastructure, network and server administration, systems management, cybersecurity, and technical support.
With solid knowledge and experience in programming, software development, systems integration, and automation.
Experience in developing or implementing automated systems and solutions to improve business processes.
Strong leadership, people management, analytical, problem-solving, project management, and decision-making skills.
Experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment is an advantage.
