Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Head Of Human Resources Should Have
- A solid understanding of HR management principles and practices.
- Proven experience in leading HR functions in the retail industry (pharma retail is a plus)
- Knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in organisational change and culture development.
