Position Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Purpose

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders by providing expert guidance on people management, organizational development, and HR policies. The role focuses on aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance with HR governance frameworks, and supporting leadership in building a high-performing and sustainable workforce.

Candidates with strong HR Business Partner experience from the insurance industry are highly preferred, particularly those who have supported large-scale operations and regulated business environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 812+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role
  • Highly preferred: HRBP experience in the insurance industry, particularly within regulated or financial services environments
  • Strong background in employee relations, HR governance, and labor law compliance
  • Experience supporting large business units or multiple departments
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and drive HR initiatives aligned with business strategy
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
