Main Responsibility
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing the full range of HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and payroll administration. The role ensures HR programs and systems align with company objectives,labor regulations, and life insurance industry standards. The HR Manager plays a strategic role in developing an engaged, compliant, and high performing organization.
Qualifications
MALE
Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resource Management,
Business Administration, or related field.
At least 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in a managerial capacity (preferably in life insurance or financial services).
Hands-on experience in payroll management and government compliance.
Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, compensation structures, and Insurance Commission standards.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office tools.
Compensation Package: 85,000 with Rice and Transportation Allowance, Clothing Allowance,
Family Medical Allowance, 20 VL and 30 SL,
Work Location: Legaspi Village, Makati City
Work Arrangement: Onsite Work Set-up
