Role Description

As the Head of GTM (Go-To-Market) US Operations at VERSA INNOVATIONS CORP., you will lead and manage the overall operations strategy in the United States, focusing on market growth and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing processes, managing budgets, and driving strategies to expand market presence. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure alignment with global objectives, and foster a culture of achievement and innovation.

This role also requires hands-on experience managing or supporting Inside Sales teams in the US market, particularly in a B2B environment, ensuring effective lead management, pipeline development, and revenue generation.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Quezon City.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Operations Management and Budgeting, with the ability to streamline processes and optimize financial resources for business growth.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to track performance metrics, solve complex business challenges, and build strategic insights for decision-making.
  • Proven Team Management and Leadership abilities to guide, motivate, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, present ideas persuasively, and ensure transparent information flow across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven US experience handling Inside Sales for B2B, with strong understanding of US sales processes, pipeline management, and customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with the communication technology industry and experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies is a plus.
