Asiatel has grown from 0 to 500 employees, built a strong delivery engine, and is preparing for a TSXV listing (Q2 FY2026). We operate well. We scale well. What we haven't built is a structured, digital growth engine. Strong credibility. Low visibility. This role fixes that.

The Mandate

Build a repeatable, measurable, digital-first growth engine that drives:

  • Authority in Canada & Australia
  • Predictable inbound demand
  • Executive-level positioning
  • Revenue-aligned marketing
  • Clear category ownership: Your Extended Team

This is market narrative + measurable pipeline impact.

What You Own

  • Positioning: Define how Asiatel is perceived; sharpen messaging for accounting firms, junior listed companies, growth-stage startups, PE-backed firms, and EOR.
  • Demand Engine: SEO, LinkedIn authority, paid acquisition, funnel automation. Shift from outbound-heavy to inbound + hybrid.
  • Executive Brand: Build visible leadership presence and thought leadership (finance outsourcing, AI, offshore risk, PE-backed scaling).
  • Revenue Metrics: MQLSQLRevenue, CAC, LTV, conversion. Build investor-grade dashboards aligned with Sales.
  • Growth Systems: Define ICPs, vertical messaging, testing culture, performance infrastructure.

Who You Are

A growth architect, not a campaign manager. Strategic and hands-on. B2B fluent. Metrics-obsessed. Comfortable working with founders. Experience in SaaS, professional services, outsourcing, or PE/VC-backed firms preferred.

Recognized authority in target markets. 4050% digitally influenced pipeline. Strong executive LinkedIn footprint. Clear inbound engine. Differentiated positioning. Reduced dependence on relationship-only growth.
