Job Description
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning cycles
- Build and maintain robust three-statement financial models
- Develop KPI frameworks across revenue, margins, and customer economics
- Prepare board materials and present insights to senior stakeholders
- Partner business leaders on forecasting, investments, and strategy
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on pricing, cost structures, and growth initiatives
- Drive automation and improvements in reporting and planning processes
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience across FP&A or related fields
- Strong financial modelling capabilities
- Experience in using Power BI tool
- Solid understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Exposure to e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer-driven businesses
- Experience operating within structured reporting environments
