Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Finance to lead our global financial strategy, governance, and operations. This role is a key member of the executive leadership team, driving sustainable growth, ensuring financial integrity, and supporting strategic decision-making across international markets, technology investments, and corporate expansion.
What You'll Do
- Lead all core financial functions including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting
- Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with global growth and expansion objectives
- Oversee cash flow management, capital structure, funding strategies, and investor relations
- Ensure compliance with international financial regulations, tax frameworks, and governance standards
- Drive risk management, internal controls, and audit processes
- Partner closely with the GCEO and executive leadership on strategic initiatives, M&A, and technology investments
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team
- Deliver data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and decision-making
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- (MBA, CPA, CFA strongly preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior executive roles
- Strong background in finance, technology, fintech, or multinational environments
- Proven experience managing global finance operations and cross-border complexity
- Deep understanding of financial systems, digital transformation, and tech-enabled finance
