The client is a growing multinational Outsourcing company based in Cebu, seeking for a Finance & Accounting leader who can make a positive impact.
Job Description
- Lead the finance and accounting function, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational growth.
- Partner with local and international stakeholders to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely financial reports and management information.
- Ensure local compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and corporate governance policies.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance monitoring across the business.
- Direct all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, and financial close activities.
- Maintain strong internal controls, risk management frameworks, and process governance to protect company assets.
- Oversee cash flow management, treasury operations, banking relationships, and working capital optimization.
- Provide commercial and financial support for pricing, contracts, business cases, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team while driving technology and AI adoption, automation, and continuous process improvements.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- At least 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership roles within multinational BPO, outsourcing, shared services.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine financial regulations, accounting standards, ERP systems, Xero, and cross-border reporting requirements.
- Proven expertise in financial management, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, risk management, and internal controls.
- Demonstrated strengths in leadership, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, process improvement, integrity, and business partnering.
