What You'll Do:
- Strategic CEO Partnership: Act as the principal financial advisor to the CEO. You will translate ambitious growth targets into rigorous financial models, stress-testing ideas and turning vision into operational reality.
- FMCG Unit Economics: Drill down into the granular profitability of every SKU, platform, and marketing channel. You will partner with the commercial teams to ensure our promotional mechanics and marketplace strategies actually drive bottom-line profit, not just top-line vanity metrics.
- Cash Flow & Working Capital Mastery: Own the overarching financial health of the business. You will manage working capital tightly, forecasting cash flow needs for new product launches, mega-campaigns, and complex inventory cycles.
- Financial Gatekeeping: Design and enforce robust financial controls, reporting frameworks, and compliance standards across the organization. You will ensure that every dollar spent has a clear, measurable ROI.
- Data-Driven Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes. You will analyze internal performance data and FMCG market trends to course-correct in real-time, preventing capital waste and maximizing growth opportunities.
What We Need:
- The Credentialed Expert: You are a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) at a minimumthis is non-negotiable. You have a minimum of 8 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with a proven track record specifically within FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer Goods.
