Role Description The Head of Finance is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Quezon City. This position is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support sustainable growth. The role includes managing the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance with applicable standards, and timely submission to management and external stakeholders. The Head of Finance will develop and implement financial policies and controls, optimize cost structures, and provide data-driven insights to guide strategic and operational decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities also include leading and mentoring the finance team, coordinating with external auditors and banks, supporting procurement and pricing decisions, and partnering with senior leaders to evaluate investments, projects, and business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Finance with demonstrated experience in financial leadership, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or related sectors.
  • Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with a clear understanding of relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth.
  • Proven experience in Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support operational and strategic planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
  • Experience managing and developing a finance team, with inclusive, collaborative leadership and effective stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency with accounting and ERP systems, spreadsheets, and financial analysis tools; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Quezon City and partner closely with operations, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Should be open to attending company Bible studies and sharing Christian values with coworkers in a respectful and positive way.
