Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Finance and Accounting, located in Metro Manila. The responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, preparing and presenting financial statements, managing budgets and forecasts, and enhancing financial strategies. The role also involves analyzing financial data and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while leading and mentoring a finance team.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting with a strong understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Finance management to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost control
• Critical Analytical Skills for financial data interpretation and strategic decision-making
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced spreadsheet skills
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing teams and cross-departmental collaboration
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification preferred)
• Extensive knowledge of local and international financial regulations and standards
