OVERVIEW

Drive execution excellence across the organization's strategic initiatives through robust program management, ensuring successful delivery of transformational projects and measurable business outcomes. Critical Programs are the API Business (Concati) and Telco-Adjacent Investments (ie Whale AI, Recommerce, Gogoro, etc.)

HEAD OF ENTERPRISE PROGRAM AND STRATEGY EXECUTION (EPSE) (917V)

OVERVIEW

Drive execution excellence across the organization's strategic initiatives through robust program management, ensuring successful delivery of transformational projects and measurable business outcomes. Critical Programs are the API Business (Concati) and Telco-Adjacent Investments (ie Whale AI, Recommerce, Gogoro, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Program Governance & Execution

- Establish and maintain enterprise-wide program management frameworks

- Lead the PMO function to drive execution of approved strategic initiatives

- Develop standardized project methodologies, tools, and templates

- Implement project portfolio management practices

- Monitor program health, risks, and interdependencies while providing strategic inputs as business imperatives

2. Resource Management

- Coordinate resource allocation across strategic projects

- Manage program budgets and financial tracking

- Build and maintain capacity planning models

- Identify and address resource constraints

- Optimize resource utilization across projects

3. Delivery Oversight

- Track project milestones and deliverables

- Manage critical path activities and dependencies

- Implement stage-gate review processes

- Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation

- Ensure quality standards are met

4. Benefits Realization

- Develop benefits tracking mechanisms

- Monitor and report on ROI achievement

- Implement value capture methodologies

- Track post-implementation outcomes

- Document lessons learned

KPIs:

- Project delivery metrics (time, budget, scope)

- Benefits realization rate

- Resource utilization efficiency

- Stakeholder satisfaction scores

- Process standardization metrics
