Purpose
Lead the companys overall data, analytics, and AI strategy to support business growth, risk management, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Data Strategy
- Develop and implement the enterprise data and AI roadmap
- Promote a data-driven culture across the organization
Data Platforms & Architecture
- Oversee data infrastructure, cloud platforms, integrations, and data quality
- Ensure strong data security and regulatory compliance
Analytics & AI
- Lead business intelligence, analytics, and data science teams
- Implement AI/ML solutions such as fraud detection, risk scoring, and customer analytics
- Track and measure business impact of analytics initiatives
Business Partnership
- Work closely with leadership and business units to embed data into products and processes
- Support digital transformation initiatives
Governance & Compliance
- Strengthen data governance and privacy frameworks
- Ensure responsible and ethical AI use
Leadership
- Manage and develop data and analytics teams
- Promote collaboration and data literacy
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, or AI leadership
- Experience with cloud data platforms and governance in regulated industries
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Masters degree preferred
