The Head of Engineering is responsible for leading all engineering operations of the company, ensuring that production equipment, utilities, facilities, and engineering projects operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. The role oversees preventive maintenance, capital expenditures, equipment installation, facility improvements, energy management, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilitie
- sLead and manage the Engineering Department, ensuring efficient and reliable plant operations
- .Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment, utilities, and facilities
- .Plan and implement engineering projects, including equipment installation, plant expansion, and facility improvements
- .Ensure maximum equipment uptime and minimize production downtime
- .Manage utilities such as electrical, water, HVAC, air compressors, generators, and wastewater systems
- .Lead continuous improvement, automation, and cost-saving initiatives
- .Prepare and manage the department's budget, maintenance plans, and capital expenditure projects
- .Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- .Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team
- .Coordinate with production, quality assurance, procurement, and external contractors to achieve operational goals

- nsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related fiel
- d.Preferably a Licensed Enginee
- r.At least 3 - 5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environmen
- t.Minimum 3 years of managerial or supervisory experienc
- e.Strong background in plant maintenance, facilities management, utilities, and engineering project managemen
- t.Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologie
