Job Description

DITO Telecommunity is looking for a highly driven and strategic Head of Digital Sales to lead and grow our digital sales performance. This role will be responsible for overseeing performance, operations, and strategy for all digital sales activitiesincluding eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc), owned channels (eShop & Own App), and OTT product sales. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of digital business acumen, data-driven execution, and cross-functional leadership to drive revenue and enhance customer experience across our digital assets.

Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Digital Sales Strategy & Execution: Define and execute the overall digital sales strategy aligned with business revenue goals and customer acquisition targets.

  • Drive sales performance across all digital sales platforms including:
  • Third-party eCommerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee)
  • DITO-owned digital channels: eShop and DITO App
  • OTT product offerings (e.g., content, VAS, lifestyle bundles)

  • Performance Management
  • Set KPIs and monitor performance across all digital channels; proactively identify gaps and lead improvement initiatives.
  • Lead campaign planning, conversion funnel optimization, and A/B testing in collaboration with marketing and product teams.
  • Oversee pricing, bundling, and promotions strategy across digital channels.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Technology, and Customer Care teams to ensure seamless user journeys and high conversion.
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics to ensure continuous performance tracking and insights-based optimization.

  • Team & Vendor Management
  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing digital sales team.
  • Manage external vendors, agencies, and eCommerce platform relationships.

  • Business Reporting & Forecasting
  • Provide regular business reviews, sales forecasts, and actionable insights to leadership.
  • Maintain clear visibility of digital revenue contribution and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce or related field with 10+ years of experience in digital sales/eCommerce, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing digital channels, with P&L ownership.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, app commerce, online payment ecosystems, and funnel optimization.
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal); Filipino proficiency is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience in telecom, tech, digital retail, or OTT industry is highly desirable.
