About The Job

The Head of Digital Technology & MarTech is accountable for defining, building, and scaling Home Credit Philippines digital technology ecosystem , ensuring it is mobile‑first, modular, secure, and future‑ready . The role owns digital technology strategy, MarTech capabilities, and innovation‑to‑scale execution across customer‑facing channels (Mobile, Web, Commerce, Messaging) and enabling platforms (MarTech, data, integrations, APIs). This position ensures that technology, MarTech, and innovation investments directly enable growth, personalization, operational efficiency, and ecosystem partnerships , while maintaining enterprise‑grade stability, compliance, and architectural integrity. Innovation under this role is outcome‑driven and scale‑oriented : identifying emerging technologies, partners, and capabilities, validating them through controlled pilots, and industrializing them into core platforms and MarTech stacks. The role works in close partnership with the Chief Digital Officer, Head of Digital Products, and Enterprise Architecture , acting as the technology integrator across business strategy, product vision, marketing, data, and execution.

What You'll Do

  • Digital Technology Strategy & Architecture
  • Own the end-to-end digital technology strategy across Mobile, Web, Commerce, Messaging, and enabling platforms.
  • Define target architecture and modernization roadmap (modular/composable, API-first, event-driven), balancing speed, scalability, and cost.
  • Set engineering standards for security, privacy, performance, observability, and technical quality in line with enterprise and regulatory requirements.
  • MarTech, Personalization & Experimentation
  • Own the MarTech stack and capability roadmap (CRM/Marketing Automation, CDP/audience, campaign orchestration, experimentation, attribution, consent management).
  • Enable lifecycle automation and real-time personalization (next-best-action/content) across app, web, and outbound channels.
  • Partner with Marketing/CRM/Analytics to define measurable outcomes, instrumentation, and closed-loop optimization (test–learn–scale).
  • Innovation-to-Scale Governance
  • Build and run a structured innovation pipeline: discover, evaluate, pilot, and industrialize new technologies and partners aligned to CDO priorities.
  • Define clear go/no-go/scale criteria, ensuring pilots have business cases, success metrics, and transition plans to BAU ownership.
  • Translate validated innovations into production-grade platform capabilities and integrate them into product and technology roadmaps.
  • Platform Delivery, Reliability & Operations
  • Oversee delivery across platform and MarTech teams to ensure predictable execution of roadmaps, releases, and dependencies.
  • Colaborate with Platform Team to operational excellence (DevSecOps, CI/CD, incident management, SLO/SLAs, capacity planning) to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Ecosystem Scalability & Integration
  • Own integration strategy and standards (API management, identity/SSO, data flows, event streaming) to enable rapid partner onboarding and ecosystem expansion.
  • Ensure scalable data and measurement foundations for MarTech and digital journeys (tracking plans, tagging, data quality, governance).
  • Drive reuse and standardization across domains to reduce duplication and accelerate time-to-market.
  • Vendor, Financial & Risk Governance
  • Own strategic vendor/partner management for technology and MarTech (selection, contracting, SLAs, performance management, renewal/exit plans).
  • Manage technology and MarTech budgets, optimizing total cost of ownership while safeguarding delivery quality.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, risk, and procurement policies, including audits and regulatory readiness.
  • People Leadership & Capability Building
  • Build, coach, and retain high-performing technology and MarTech leaders; establish clear accountability and outcome-based ways of working.
  • Develop critical capabilities (architecture, engineering excellence, MarTech ops, experimentation, AI enablement) and succession plans.
  • Foster a culture of customer-centricity, innovation with discipline, and continuous improvement.

What You Need To Have

  • At least 10years experience in digital technology, platforms, engineering, or MarTech leadership roles.
  • Proven track record building and scaling customer-facing mobile-first digital platforms (app, web, messaging, commerce).
  • Strong understanding of modern architectures and engineering practices (cloud, API-first, modular/composable, event-driven, DevSecOps).
  • Hands-on experience owning MarTech/CRM capabilities (marketing automation, personalization, consent, attribution/measurement) and integrating them into digital journeys.
  • Experience translating business strategy into scalable technology roadmaps, with strong delivery governance and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to run structured innovation-to-scale (vendor discovery, POC/pilot governance, industrialization into BAU).
  • Experience operating in environments with strong security, privacy, and regulatory requirements; able to work effectively with Risk/Compliance/InfoSec.
  • Experience in financial services, lending, payments, or other regulated industries (BSP/NPC or equivalent environments).
