About The Job

The Head of Digital Platforms & Delivery is accountable for turning the Digital strategy into reliable, scalable execution by leading end-to-end delivery for all customer-facing digital channels, including shared capabilities that support IT Sales & Collections journeys.

What You'll Do

  • Co-own Digital delivery strategy and execution plan with CDO and senior business stakeholders; translate vision into an executable portfolio, milestones, and capacity plan.
  • Own portfolio intake, prioritization, and governance for all customer-facing digital channels (including internal IT Sales & Collections enablement), ensuring clear scope, value, dependencies, and delivery readiness.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery from ideation and requirements to build, testing, release, and stabilization—driving predictable outcomes, quality, and speed-to-market.
  • Manage and develop the Platforms & Delivery organization (Platform Managers, Platform/Feature Product Owners, Delivery/Release functions); ensure effective ways of working, accountability, and performance.
  • Establish and run release & production readiness management (release calendar, go/no-go criteria, rollout/rollback, incident readiness, change controls) to minimize disruption and improve reliability.
  • Ensure BAU stability and continuous improvement for the mobile app and digital channels: performance optimization, defect reduction, operational excellence, and technical debt management.
  • Drive platform and integration excellence across channels and systems (APIs, partners, internal platforms), improving availability, latency, observability, and scalability in collaboration with IT/EA and SRE/Operations.
  • Define and track delivery and platform KPIs jointly with Digital Product and Digital Analytics (e.g., time-to-market, release success rate, uptime/SLOs, MTTR, funnel impact, adoption) and drive corrective actions.
  • Generate and shape initiatives using business objectives, data, and customer insights —working with Product, Lifecycle/Marketing, Analytics, and Ecosystem teams to convert opportunities into deliverable work packages.
  • Coordinate closely with IT leadership to ensure the right engineering, environment, and support setup for projects and BAU (resource planning, vendor/partner support, operational ownership).

Align with HQ and SEA counterparts on standards, dependencies, and cross-country prioritization; manage local rollout, adoption, and localization needs for PH.

What You Need To Have

  • 10+ years experience in digital platform / technology delivery leadership (mobile, web, APIs)
  • Proven track record managing end-to-end delivery (intake → build → test → release → BAU)
  • Strong release management and production readiness (go/no-go, rollback, incident readiness)
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams (Platform Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, QA, DevOps/SRE)
  • Agile delivery expertise (backlog prioritization, planning, dependency management, predictable execution)
  • Solid understanding of modern engineering practices (CI/CD, automation, observability, SLO/SLAs)
  • Integration delivery experience (internal systems, partners, vendors; API-first and resilience patterns)
  • Ability to define and manage delivery KPIs (time-to-market, change failure rate, MTTR, stability)

  • Strong ownership mindset with high accountability for outcomes and BAU stability
