Responsible for the delivery of data platform, data quality management, and data governance in support of MediCard's data-driven culture and decision-making. Acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in building data reporting capability across the organization using one source of truth.
- Leads team in testing data loads, data pipelines, and changes to database schema and common data models.
- Leads team in issue resolution for data escalations in use of data warehouse / platform
- Develops and implements comprehensive Data Governance framework, policies, and procedures.
- Ensures business requirements and capabilities for data are supported and leads the architectural strategies and implementation.
- Drives and delivers programs and prioritized initiatives in data platform and governance to achieve roadmap plans and KPIs.
- Strengthens the data- driven culture and mindset, also the data ownership within the organization.
- Owner of MediCard Data Platform/s, ensuring optimal performance, compliance to security standards, and data integrity to protect both the organization and our customers data
- Aligns with AIAPH and Group stakeholders to define and execute the data platform roadmap to address metrics and provides progress of key programs and initiatives.
- Enables and supports the business functions data extraction and reporting requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a degree with relevant disciplines such as information management, mathematics/ statistics, and business information systems
- At least 10-year experience in IT / data analysis and management including 5+ years professional experience as a data function leader
- Strong experience in data analysis or data management activities
- Experience in data management programs and business analytics or data visualization software
