We are hiring a Head of Data to lead end-to-end delivery of data engineering, analytics, and data platform programs across multiple client engagements.

This is a leadership role where you will shape the data delivery function, guide technical strategy, and build high-performing data teams.

About the Role

As Head of Data, you will own the delivery of all data-related projects including data engineering, data platforms, analytics, and BI initiatives.

You will lead data teams, establish delivery standards, guide architecture decisions, and ensure successful execution of enterprise data programs.

This role requires strong technical depth combined with proven leadership experience in managing large-scale data delivery within IT services or consulting environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of data engineering, analytics, and data platform projects
• Lead and scale teams including Data Engineers, Data Architects, and Analytics professionals
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery across multiple client engagements
• Establish delivery governance, standards, and best practices for data programs
• Guide architecture and implementation of modern data platforms
• Act as executive escalation point for delivery and client issues
• Ensure adoption of best practices in data engineering, data modeling, and data management
• Support business growth through successful delivery and client satisfaction

Must-Have Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, analytics, or related data roles
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles such as Head of Data, Data Director, or equivalent
• Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of enterprise data projects
• Experience working in IT services, consulting, or software services organizations
• Strong technical background in data engineering, data platforms, or analytics
• Experience leading and managing data engineering or analytics teams

Good-to-Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience building modern data platforms such as data lakes or data warehouses
• Experience managing distributed or offshore data teams
• Experience supporting pre-sales or solutioning for data programs
