About the Role
As a Cyber Delivery Leader, you will own the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity engagements—ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations. You'll lead large delivery teams, drive governance and risk management, and play a key role in client engagement, presales, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple cybersecurity engagements
- Manage and scale high-performing cybersecurity teams
- Act as primary client contact for delivery, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
- Lead presales efforts: RFPs, proposals, and client presentations
- Oversee risk management across delivery lifecycle
- Drive resource planning and utilization across teams and partners
- Ensure compliance with quality, risk, and governance standards
- Champion continuous improvement and automation initiatives
- Maintain strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment
Must-Have Qualifications
- 20+ years of experience in cybersecurity
- At least 5+ years in leadership or delivery roles
- Experience managing 50+ resources
- Strong hands-on consulting experience in cybersecurity
- Proven track record delivering complex enterprise cyber programs
- Deep knowledge of:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Cyber threats & risk management
- Privacy & Third-Party Risk
- Frameworks: NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR
- Experience with cyber technologies (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft/Google Security)
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
