Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of market research & customer insights strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer insights into commercial strategy.
  • Oversee the creation of predictive models to forecast customer needs and behaviours.
  • Develop and present actionable insights to stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements in analytics to improve practices.
  • Mentor and guide the analytics team to enhance their skills and performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Background with customer insights and business intelligence being at the core of at least one senior leadership role
  • Proficiency in tools and software used for data analysis and visualisation.
  • Strong knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
  • Expertise in customer behaviour analysis and predictive modelling.
  • Exceptional communication skills for presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Background in FMCG, consulting or other consumer driven organisations
