Job Description

Leads the Customer Experience Team within the bounds of company policies and practices which includes planning, organizing, and controlling operations, implementation of customer experience activities and maintaining constant communication between Iconic Dealership Inc. and its customers through various available media with the objective to promote No. 1 Customer Satisfaction and loyalty to ACMobility's Auto Care and Retail Group

  • Customer Relations Operations

Qualifications

  • With at least 5 years experience in CRD Operations or 2 years management background in Customer Service
  • Knowledge in Customer Handling, Customer Journey Management
  • Excellent communication Skills, Excellent interpersonal relations skills, Excellent Customer Handling Skills, Possesses leadership skills, Strong problem-solving abilities
