About The Role
We are looking for a
Head of Cost Accounting to drive cost optimization, inventory accuracy, and financial excellence across our restaurant and FMCG operations. This leadership role will partner with senior management to improve profitability through robust cost management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's cost accounting strategy.
- Oversee inventory accounting and financial controls.
- Lead costing, pricing, and profitability initiatives.
- Monitor operational and production costs.
- Drive process improvements and automation.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support strategic planning and budgeting.
- Lead audit and compliance activities.
- Build high-performing finance teams.
- Present financial insights to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- CPA required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
- At least 10 years of accounting experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong experience in Restaurant, FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or Retail.
- Proven expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial strategy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
