Head of Corporate Finance

Client: A publicly-listed local conglomerate in the Power and Energy Business

-Open to local candidates only

-Individual Contributor for now

-Makati or Cebu

-Hybrid set-up

The identified candidate is responsible for identifying and evaluating expansion/growth opportunities and high-value innovation projects which includes: Investment Evaluation and Financial Modeling, Strategic Financial Partnership, Deal Execution & Capital Deployment Management, Project Financial Compliance and Governance and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

-Strong and extensive experience in financial modeling, investment evaluation, and capital budgeting

-Strong background in M&A, Business Development, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Investment Analysis, Project Finance, or Business Finance

-Experience supporting senior executives and preparing Board-level presentations

-Investment banking experience is highly preferred

-Multinational experience is an advantage

-Experience in Power & Energy, Infrastructure, Utilities, Real Estate, or other capital-intensive industries is a plus
