Head of Business Risk, Governance & Analytics

Leads agency strategy, risk governance, analytics, and performance management, providing data-driven insights and cost-benefit assessments to support strategic decision-making and business growth. Oversees strategic planning, campaigns and incentive governance, agency compensation and hierarchy programs, persistency, and key distribution initiatives.

Manages business reporting, forecasting, financial budgets, and analytics, ensuring accuracy, sound governance, cost effectiveness, and alignment with company and Group objectives. Provides oversight of agency risk and compliance, strengthens controls and governance across key programs, and champions a strong risk and compliance culture.

Leads cross-functional strategic projects and develops analytics capabilities, while managing and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality insights, recommendations, and business solutions to senior management.
