The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-caliber Head of Operations to lead and scale our Philippines Advisory Delivery Center. This is a strategic leadership role designed for an individual who can drive operational excellence, ensure robust financial performance, and spearhead growth. You will act as the operational backbone of the center, ensuring that our consulting teams have the infrastructure and strategy needed to deliver world-class results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Philippines Delivery Center, ensuring high efficiency and service quality.
  • Foster seamless collaboration between Consulting, Finance, HR, and Resource Management teams.
  • Directly lead and mentor a team of 5 direct reports, driving a culture of accountability and professional development.

2. Financial Stewardship & Performance

  • Lead the annual planning and budget preparation process.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage cost efficiency, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure healthy cash flow and timely collections.

3. Strategic Business Growth

  • Partner with senior consulting leaders to refine delivery and operational strategies.
  • Leverage data-driven insights, reporting, and analytics to support executive decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to drive scalability.

4. Talent & Workforce Strategy

  • In collaboration with HR, guide the recruitment strategy and long-term workforce planning.
  • Ensure the center is positioned to attract, develop, and retain top-tier consulting talent.

5. Governance & Reporting

  • Deliver comprehensive monthly operational and financial reports to global stakeholders.
  • Ensure the Philippines center remains in strict alignment with KPMG's global reporting and performance standards.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Proven leadership experience in operations management, professional consulting services, or shared service delivery centers.
  • Financial Acumen: Deep experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and managing P&L components.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders across a global, cross-functional matrix.
  • Strategic Mindset: A thinker who doesn't just manage the now but drives efficiency, automation, and long-term growth.
  • Communication: Strong command of English with the ability to present complex data clearly to executive leadership.
