We're partnering with a fast-growing multi-brand Food & Beverage organization to appoint a Business Operations Head (COO / Senior Vice President) who will shape the company's next phase of expansion and operational excellence.

Reporting directly to the President & Chief Executive Officer, this executive will lead enterprise-wide operations across a portfolio of premium restaurant brands, driving commercial performance, operational discipline, organizational capability, and long-term growth.

This is an opportunity to influence board-level decisions, build high-performing leadership teams, and leave a lasting impact on one of the country's growing restaurant groups.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Field-Based (Frequent business travel across operations is required)

What You'll Own

Enterprise Operations

Lead end-to-end business operations across multiple restaurant brands, ensuring operational excellence, service consistency, profitability, and execution excellence.

Drive operational governance while supporting aggressive expansion, new store openings, and future growth initiatives.

Commercial Performance & P&L

Own enterprise-wide business performance.

Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, productivity, cost optimization, and customer experience across all business units.

Translate operational insights into commercial results while continuously improving margins and operational efficiency.

Growth Strategy

Partner directly with the President & CEO in executing the company's long-term strategic vision.

Identify opportunities to improve scalability, optimize operating models, strengthen organizational capability, and prepare the business for future expansion.

Leadership

Lead and inspire a large organization of senior operations leaders responsible for 1,000-2,000 employees.

Build leadership capability, succession pipelines, and a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Develop future leaders while creating an organization that can scale with the business.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with executive leaders across:

• Finance

We're Looking For

Required Experience

Minimum 15 years of leadership experience within the Food & Beverage or Restaurant industry

Proven success overseeing large multi-unit restaurant operations or multiple business brands

Extensive experience managing large-scale business operations with full operational accountability

Demonstrated ownership of business performance, operational excellence, and organizational transformation

Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and key stakeholders
