Head of Business Development

Client: a Philippine -based power and energy developer

Role Details:

* Full-time role, reporting to the CEO

* BGC-based; hybrid setup (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH)

* Open budget; level to be assessed based on experience

* Must have experience in renewable energy/power, deal structuring, due diligence, and finance

The role leads the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects—from origination and deal structuring to financial close and commercial operations. Responsibilities include pipeline development, partnerships, capital raising, project oversight, and market strategy.

Qualifications:

-Intensive and extensive years of experience in power/energy business development, project finance, or project development

-End to end experience from project development to financial close

-Experience in financial modeling and deal structuring skills

-With background with JVs, co-development agreements, or M&A transactions

-Experience in managing BD or project development teams

-Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

-CFA, CPA, MBA, or postgraduate credentials are a plus but not required
