Head of Business Development

We're hiring for a Head Business Development role with one of India's leading premium real estate developers

Cadre / Designation: Vice President / General Manager

Qualification:

• B.Tech / Graduate in any discipline
• MBA in Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, Strategy, or Business Management preferred
• Certification in Real Estate, Urban Development, Finance, or Project Management preferred

Main Skills Set

• 15+ years of relevant experience in business development at Pan India level within real estate focused in residential projects.
• Expertise in land acquisition, project feasibility, market research, and investment analysis
• Strong experience in deal sourcing, partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances
• Proven track record of identifying and delivering new business opportunities and revenue growth
• Experience in stakeholder management, negotiations, and commercial evaluation
