About the Role
As the Director for Corporate Risk and Broking (North America), you will be the strategic architect of our Manila Global Delivery Center (GDC). You will lead large-scale transformation, manage diverse functional teams, and partner with global stakeholders to ensure our service delivery is not just efficient, but industry leading.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy: Develop long-term business strategies and drive the change agenda across cross-functional programs.
- Operations: Manage the performance, budget, and resource optimization of the Manila GDC Broking Operations.
- Transformation: Lead process efficiencies and automation initiatives to ensure year-on-year service improvements.
- Relationship Management: Act as the key bridge between Manila and global leadership to align GDC objectives with enterprise scorecards.
- People Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team, overseeing recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Financial Services.
- 8+ years in a senior leadership role managing large, diverse teams.
- Proven experience in Transformation, Change Management, or Process Automation.
- Strong background in Stakeholder Management within a matrixed global environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Good-to-Have
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications in Operations/Business Management.
- Experience specifically within Insurance Broking or Risk Management.
