Role: Head of Brand Stores - Gaming/Electronics

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of all brand stores for gaming/electronics
• Develop strategies to maximize sales and store performance
• Implement innovative retail concepts and merchandising solutions
• Lead, mentor, and motivate store teams to achieve targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure excellent customer service standards across all locations
• Collaborate with marketing for promotions and events

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 10 years experience in retail management or related field
• Proven track record leading multi-location brand stores
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Deep understanding of gaming/electronics industry trends
• Ability to drive sales through strategic planning
• Experience in team development and performance management
