Job Description

The Brand Head is responsible for leading the overall brand strategy, positioning, and growth of Aivee Skin, ensuring it maintains its premium image and leadership in dermatology and skincare innovation. This role oversees end-to-end brand management - from product development and marketing campaigns to customer engagement and sales performance - while ensuring alignment with The Aivee Group's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Development

  • Develop and execute annual brand plans, marketing calendars, and communication strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Strengthen Aivee Skin's market presence through differentiated brand positioning and storytelling.
  • Identify consumer insights, trends, and competitive movements to refine brand direction.

Product & Innovation

  • Collaborate with dermatologists, R&D, and suppliers to conceptualize and launch new skincare products.
  • Ensure product offerings align with the Aivee brand philosophy of science, innovation, and beauty.
  • Oversee packaging development, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.

Marketing & Communication

  • Lead 360 marketing campaigns including digital, PR, influencer, and retail activations.
  • Supervise creative development - visuals, content, and messaging - in line with brand identity.
  • Manage social media presence, community engagement, and digital performance metrics.

Business & Financial Management

  • Oversee brand P&L, budgeting, and sales forecasting.
  • Work closely with retail, clinic, and e-commerce teams to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Track KPIs such as sales growth, market share, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor a team of brand, marketing, and digital specialists.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, PR, and Clinic teams.
  • Serve as brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and aesthetics across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 710 years of experience in brand management, preferably in skincare, beauty, or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of consumer marketing, digital strategy, and product development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Highly creative, analytical, and brand-driven with a passion for aesthetics and innovation.

  • Experience in luxury or dermatology-related brands.
  • Strong industry network in beauty, PR, and influencer marketing.
  • Data-driven with a flair for visual branding and storytelling.
