Position Overview

The Head of Brand & Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing the overall brand, marketing, communications, and customer engagement strategy across Gastronova Hospitality Group's portfolio of brands.

Reporting directly to executive leadership, this individual will lead brand positioning, integrated marketing campaigns, public relations, partnerships, social media, digital marketing, and customer acquisition initiatives. The role requires a strategic and commercially driven leader capable of building iconic brands, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional guest engagement across multiple concepts.

This role will play a critical part in supporting the company's expansion strategy, strengthening brand equity, and establishing Gastronova as one of the Philippines leading hospitality and lifestyle groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall brand and marketing strategy across all Gastronova brands and business units.

• Lead brand positioning, storytelling, customer engagement, and brand growth initiatives.

• Create and oversee annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, budgets, and performance targets.

• Manage digital marketing, social media, CRM, content creation, influencer partnerships, and performance marketing activities.

• Lead public relations efforts, media relations, brand partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic collaborations.

• Analyze customer insights, market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance to drive data-informed decisions.

• Collaborate closely with Operations, Culinary, Finance, and Commercial teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

• Oversee creative development and ensure consistent brand standards across all customer touchpoints.

• Manage external agencies, creative partners, media vendors, and production suppliers.

• Establish marketing KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure effectiveness and return on investment.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

• Support the launch of new brands, locations, products, and hospitality concepts across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience.

• Proven success leading brand marketing functions within hospitality, luxury retail, lifestyle, F&B, consumer brands, or related industries.

• Strong expertise in brand strategy, public relations, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and integrated campaign development.

• Demonstrated ability to build and scale premium or luxury brands.

• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities with experience managing budgets and performance metrics.

• Experience managing agencies, media partners, influencers, and external stakeholders.

• Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.

• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

• Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior, hospitality trends, and customer experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• MBA or postgraduate qualifications are considered an advantage.
