Job Description

The Brand & Marketing Head is responsible for leading and executing strategic marketing and branding initiatives aligned with the Company's business objectives. This role ensures a strong, cohesive brand presence across all channels and customer touchpoints, driving engagement, sustainable growth, and brand loyalty across local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing strategies that support the growth of the Company's business units.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns across both traditional and digital platforms.
  • Ensure timely development, production, and delivery of all marketing and brand materials.
  • Work closely with the Head of PR & Events to ensure events are strategically aligned with the brand and fully supported by marketing initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Marketing & Communications team, including Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content, and Creative functions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer insights, emerging trends, and strategic brand positioning opportunities.
  • Strengthen brand equity and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, touchpoints, and markets.
  • Oversee all digital initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Manage the department budget, ensuring cost efficiency, accountability, and measurable return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product Development, Operations, and Finance to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Utilize data, analytics, and performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimize strategies, and guide decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive marketing role.
  • Strong industry network within marketing, communications, media, and events.
  • Proven leadership capability with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic, analytical thinker with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Highly creative, with the ability to conceptualize and deliver impactful, results-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing platforms, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experienced in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking using marketing analytics tools.
  • Agile, forward-looking, and receptive to emerging trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Culturally aware, with the ability to develop campaigns that resonate across diverse local and global audiences.
