About Us

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

This role exists to turn Rua's daily execution into regional authority. You are building a system that transforms real work into technical authority, employer attraction, sales trust, and industry presence.

1. Technical Authority & Communications

Own website blogs, LinkedIn presence, and regional positioning narrative.

Work with engineers and technical writers; edit and approve all authoritative content.

2. Content Engine Management

Operate the content system, manage calendars, coordinate freelancers, and enforce publishing discipline.

3. Field Documentation System

Create systems for site documentation. Convert field inputs into blogs, social content, and sales stories.

4. Sales Enablement

Produce decks, case studies, and brochures. Ensure messaging aligns with sales needs.

5. Employer Branding

Position Rua as an employer of choice through real culture storytelling.

6. Vendor Management

Brief and manage designers, writers, and media partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to understand and translate technical concepts
  • Solid project management and organizational skills
  • Experience managing vendors and creative partners
  • Familiarity with B2B audiences and communication dynamics
