About the Role

This role is responsible for shaping and executing the strategy for bank products and digital channels across multiple touchpoints, including mobile applications, agent networks, online platforms, and physical and digital payment interfaces.

The position oversees the end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital banking products, from concept and build through enhancement and optimization. It also carries accountability for the profitability, risk management, security, and regulatory compliance of these digital systems and channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, implement, and govern policies, systems, and procedures for the development of new products and the enhancement of existing digital offerings, aligned with overall business direction
  • Lead the innovation, enhancement, and ongoing management of bank digital products and channels
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve and optimize digital banking, mobile services, and integrated payment ecosystems
  • Develop and execute a multichannel strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs
  • Oversee product planning, project development, and execution, ensuring delivery within approved scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage business and technical requirements, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project, operational, and delivery risks
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and security standards across all banking channels to protect customer data and prevent fraud
  • Establish and promote best practices, scalable processes, and governance frameworks to support growing business requirements
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, including profitability and cost efficiency, of digital products and channels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline)
  • 8–10 years of experience in digital services, product management, or product development
  • Strong background in banking, lending, or financial services
  • Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and complex digital initiatives
  • Solid understanding of banking regulations, risk management, and security controls
  • Experience managing digital platforms such as mobile applications, online banking, or payment solutions
