Job Summary

The Head of Amazon PPC will serve as the strategic lead responsible for owning and scaling Triquetra Health's entire Amazon Advertising ecosystem. This role oversees all PPC operationsdeveloping strategies that drive growth, profitability, and brand visibility across all Amazon marketplaces.

The ideal candidate is a senior-level PPC strategist with proven experience in large-scale Amazon account management, data-driven optimization, and automation. They will directly manage the internal PPC Manager and work cross-functionally with Product Development, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure ad campaigns align with company goals and contribute meaningfully to overall performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Fully own and manage Triquetra's Amazon Advertising account, leading all PPC initiatives across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP.
  • Design, implement, and refine comprehensive PPC strategies aimed at maximizing sales, ROAS, and profitability while maintaining target TACOs.
  • Use data analytics to uncover trends, opportunities, and inefficienciesdriving continuous improvement and strategic pivots.

  • Team Management & Development

    • Lead and mentor the internal PPC team (including the Amazon PPC Manager).
    • Establish clear performance targets and growth roadmaps for the team.
    • Conduct regular audits, strategy sessions, and reviews to ensure all campaigns are aligned with brand objectives and best practices.

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization

    • Conduct high-level keyword and competitor research to identify untapped opportunities and improve targeting efficiency.
    • Implement PPC automation workflows (Scale Insights or equivalent) for smarter bidding and budget allocation.
    • Collaborate with the Product Development team to inform keyword strategy for new product launches.
    • Partner with the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging drive engagement and conversions.

  • Reporting & Analysis

    • Analyze and present weekly and monthly PPC performance dashboards, focusing on TACOs, conversion rates, ROAS, and overall profitability.
    • Generate insights to guide company-wide decisions, including pricing, promotions, and product development opportunities.
    • Continuously monitor campaign health, budget pacing, and profitability thresholds.

    Requirements

    • 68+ years of advanced Amazon PPC management, ideally within high-growth DTC, wellness, or e-commerce brands with multi-million annual revenue.
    • Proven track record of scaling large advertising portfolios, driving measurable improvements in TACoS, CVR, ROAS, and profitability across complex product catalogs.
    • Deep expertise in PPC automation, data intelligence, and competitive analysis tools, including Scale Insights, Data Dive, Helium10, and Amazon's Search Query Performance dashboards.
    • Strong command of Amazon DSP is preferred, with the ability to architect full-funnel audience strategies and integrate upper-funnel signals into PPC optimization.
    • Exceptional analytical capabilities with mastery in Excel/Google Sheets and performance reporting able to translate data into strategy and actionable insights.
    • Strategic, long-term thinker with the ability to develop and execute roadmap-level PPC growth strategies aligned with brand objectives.
    • Results-driven operator capable of full ownership of revenue outcomes, forecasting, budgeting, and optimization cycles.
    • Excellent leadership and people management experience, with a history of coaching, developing, and motivating PPC specialists to produce high performance.
    • Strong cross-functional communication, partnering effectively with marketing, creative, supply chain, and product teams to synchronize demand, inventory, and campaign execution.
    • Demonstrated expertise in analyzing SQP reports and converting insights into high-impact PPC strategies and optimizations.
    • Experienced working with diverse, global teams (PH, India, Pakistan, EU, US) in fast-paced environments.
    • Willing to work 7:00 AM4:00 PM EST to collaborate seamlessly with the broader team.
    • Open to time-tracking tools (e.g., Time Doctor) to support transparency and operational alignment.
