Job Description

Define and execute an enterprise-wide AI strategy aligned to business goals
Partner closely with C-suite and board members on AI vision and priorities
Lead large-scale transformation programmes, embedding AI across functions
Identify high-value AI use cases across customer, risk, and operations
Build and lead high-performing AI and data science teams
Drive adoption of AI solutions, ensuring measurable business outcomes
Act as a thought leader, presenting best-in-class AI strategies internally

The Successful Applicant

A successful AI Head should have:

Experience in AI, data science, or advanced analytics leadership
Proven track record of driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
Strong experience engaging senior stakeholders, including board-level exposure
Demonstrated ability to translate AI strategy into commercial impact
Experience building and scaling high-performing, multidisciplinary teams
Background in digital, fintech, or highly scaled technology environments preferred
Willingness to relocate within Southeast Asia
