Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a direct team of :5 technology professionals.
- AI Delivery & Architecture: Lead E2E initiatives across Product and Platform layers, ensuring architect-level rigor in every solution.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a key technical partner for C-Suite executives, translating complex AI roadmaps into business value.
- Strategic Oversight: Provide critical insights for budget planning and resource allocation.
- Governance & Compliance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring all deployments meet strict enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Bring
- Expertise: Proven track record in Enterprise AI Delivery (Solution/AI Architect background).
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Cloud AI environments, specifically Azure and Databricks.
- Compliance Mindset: Strong experience navigating AI Governance and Compliance frameworks.
- Executive Presence: Ability to influence and align with senior leadership.
- Industry Context: Previous experience in Banking or Financial Services is highly preferred.
